"CARB, A higher standard"

The National Training Center has evaluated several commercial manufacturers of above-ground liquid storage tanks. The results of our evaluation in California is that there appears to be only one manufacturer, Bryant Fuel Systems, that according to the information available to me, complies with all California safety and environmental regulations. Here, the California Air Resources Board (CARB), an agency of the concerning above-ground tanks. CARB certification/approval has been granted to Bryant Fuel Systems, Inc. for the manufacture of their above-ground tanks. No other company can legitimately say they have this approval, because they do not manufacture their tanks at a factory facility, as does Bryant Fuel Systems, Inc.
