Freight Terms
Legal terms surrounding the
transportation process have significant impact on how our
business is conducted and we are careful to assign this
responsibility. These terms establish the relationship between
your company and ours. Understanding how we use and apply these
legal terms associated with the movement of freight is critical
to satisfying your needs. In order to clarify our position and
avoid potential misunderstandings about our freight terms and
conditions, we ask that our Customers read, understand and
accept our “FREIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.”
Freight and shipping fees will be
charged for shipments to a Customer's place of business anywhere
in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of BRYANT FUEL
SYSTEMS choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional
services, such as special packaging or handling by BRYANT FUEL
SYSTEMS or the carrier of its choice, must be paid by the
consignee. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon
tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in
transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier.
TERMS: F.O.B Origin, freight prepaid
and charged back.
